Amuma Properties provides property management services including listing management, guest communication, property care, and reporting. Specific service scope is defined in individual agreements with property owners.

2. Owner Responsibilities

Provide accurate property and ownership information
Ensure the property complies with local laws and building rules
Approve expenses according to agreed thresholds

3. Fees & Payments

Management fees, add-ons, and payout schedules are defined in your service agreement. Add-on services and repairs are charged at cost unless otherwise stated.

4. Limitations of Liability

While we take care to manage your property responsibly, Amuma Properties is not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to guest actions, natural events, or building-wide issues.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service according to the notice period defined in the service agreement.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
